Returns & Refunds
The following outlines how we process returns and refunds.
In the rare instance that a product is damaged or faulty on delivery, please send us an email to info@whispersadult.co.za or send a message on our website within 24 hours so that we can rectify the situation immediately. Remember to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem, and we will revert as soon as possible, letting you know exactly how to proceed.
Should your item be faulty we will arrange for a courier to collect it for assessment. You will then be required to return the item at your cost.
We can only receive back items that are sent in their original packaging.
Please note refunds and repairs are dependent on the supplier’s or manufacturer’s inspection report and need to eliminate the possibility of deliberate misuse. Some of the products are not designed to be used in water, if you are not sure, please send us a message and we will advise accordingly.
Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products we sell, once the products have left the store, whether in person or via a courier, the majority of our goods are not exchangeable or refundable for both hygiene and security reasons.
If you are unsure as to whether or not a product is right for you, please use the live chat or the website, or email us on info@whispersadult.co.za , where one of our consultants will gladly assist in order to avoid any mistakes or incorrect orders. In the event that products ordered via a secondary supplier require an exchange, we are obligated to fit within their exchange policies.
If the parcel is still on the way to you, or it has just arrived and the courier bag hasn’t been opened yet, you can return the products for a credit voucher. We will charge a 15% handling fee or a minimum of R149 whichever is greater. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.
In the event that we need to refund you in full, refunds will be issued to the person and card used on the original order and will take between 5 to 10 working days to reflect in the person’s account.
Where we are unable to replace your product due to low stock levels, we will offer you a refund by means of a fully redeemable voucher or a suitable replacement to the same/similar value. Please send us an email to info@whispersadult.co.za, send a message on our website, or email us on info@whispersadult.co.za for any queries regarding defective products. Please include a clear description of the technical issue, order number, and date of purchase. You will receive a return email advising you on how to proceed.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over R1000. Your order will arrive promptly and without any additional cost.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All parcels are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes or dispatched in courier waybill bags. There is nothing on the packaging to indicate where it comes from, ensuring complete discretion.
Delivery Times
- Main Centres: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for orders sent to main centres. Please allow an extra day due to air freight restrictions.
- Outlying and Regional Areas: Delivery to these areas may take 4-5 business days.
Order Processing Times
- Monday – Friday: Orders placed between 08h00 and 14h00 are processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Weekends: Orders received on weekends are processed on the next business day. Couriers do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery Details
To avoid any issues, please ensure that the necessary security personnel are informed about the delivery. While couriers do their best to contact you via phone, factors like faulty intercoms and high-security communities may pose challenges.
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, you can contact the courier directly or reach out to us for tracking and confirmation assistance.
Important Notice
The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. A re-send fee will apply before we can dispatch your order again.
